About Us
The school is rightly named in the memory of the late Shri Chandresh Lodha, the younger son of Shri. Gumanlal Lodha retired Chief Justice of Guwahati High Court. Chandresh Lodha Memorial School at Nilje, Lodha Heaven Dombivli is a unique institution designed for quality education to students of Dombivli and surroundings. The infrastructure of the school is built in such a way that students can get best education and best atmosphere for learning process. This great institution was established by a prominent educationist, Late Shri Chandresh Lodha who envisioned a school that would combine the best of Indian culture with modern educational techniques.
The school started with 1 student in the year 1999 and had a humble beginning. Now the strength of students is around 3000. We firmly believe that the quality of a school is determined by the quality of teachers. We have a group of qualified, experienced and well-trained teachers who leave no stone unturned in the fulfilment of their duties. It is mainly because of the dedication and hard work of these teachers that we have been able to provide quality education to the children. In a nutshell our aim in education is to develop sound moral, intellectual and physical powers, so that they realise their responsibilities as citizens of a progressive democratic country. Excellence in CLMS is the full realization of the objectives for which the school is established.

wife of Shri. Mangal Prabhat Lodha is the chairperson of the School. Smt.Manju Lodha has been the leading light in setting up the Lodha Foundation which runs charitable schools in far suburbs of Mumbai imparting subsidised education to more than 5000 students, offers scholarships to over 1000 students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, conducts vocational training in variety of fields to create long-term employment for youth and pilgrimage services for elderly citizens. For over a decade, she has been actively involved in literary pursuits, social upliftment and women’s empowerment.

He was the dynamic guidance of CLMS. He was the Spirit and Soul of CLMS. A very prominent personality from the field of education, an inspiring writer, a very dedicated teacher. He had a strong conviction that ;You can teach a student a lesson for a day, but if you can teach him to learn by creating curiosity, he will continue the learning process as long as he lives ;. He strongly believed ;If someone is going down the wrong road, he doesn’t need motivation to speed him up. What he needs is EDUCATION to turn him round.
